CANCELLATIONS MADE BY KENSINGTON PICKLEBALL CLUB
• Any decision to cancel a session due to rain is based on the extent to which courts are affected and in the case of young players, if the rain is likely to be a significant distraction or result in a bad experience. Some sessions go ahead in the rain.
• Although the courts may be open, and lessons scheduled to go ahead, weather conditions can be unpredictable. Each player (or guardian in the case of a minor), has the responsibility to decide if it is safe for them to play in any given weather condition. The decision to play falls solely on the player (or guardian of a minor player). Any injury that comes from deciding to attend a lesson given by KPC is the sole responsibility of the player/guardian. KPC is not liable for any such injuries.
• If the weather forecast before the session is poor, any decision to cancel will be made by the Admin team as late as it is reasonably possible. KPC has the right to decide what the resolution will be for a lesson cancelled in full or in part due to weather (credit, rescheduling or other). All decisions made by KPC are final.
• Whenever possible, customers will be sent an email and/or text message once a decision to cancel has been made. As a last resort customers should call the Admin team for an update. Our overall intention is for as many sessions as possible to go ahead.
• If the participant is absent from a session for a reason other than KPC cancelling the session due to adverse weather, they are choosing to forfeit the time.
CLASSPASS
• All users of ClassPass are subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth by ClassPass.
• It is ClassPass' / the users' responsibility to manage all bookings made through the ClassPass app or website.
• KPC cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained by ClassPass users who choose to use our services. For further information, please refer to the section "Cancellations Made by KPC," specifically point #2.
